In an effort to ensure all patient's health and safety remain a top priority, we will have the following guidelines.
  • Telehealth e-visits are available and encouraged
    • Our telehealth e-visits and remote care service are available to all of our patients. Please call us to arrange for phone/video appointments, equipment purchasing, and more.
  • Payments
    • All payments must be electronic (debit, or via e-transfer) and invoices will be emailed to you unless a hard copy is requested.
  • Contactless equipment pick-up
    • We welcome you to continue to purchase equipment for your sleep apnea therapy over the phone, and any items that are pre-paid for will be set aside for patients to pick up via a contactless system within our lobby.
